NEW song Jungle doctors// Late lyric analysis

"You're not a boy Not living in a child's world no more You're not a boy What good are your for? Everything you left, that has gone You left it all beyond You're not a boy"

Our own interpretation after analysing the song lyrics is that its a song based on the transition from adolescence to adulthood and the difficulties of letting go of ones youth. We were lucky enough to have an actual insight into the meaning behind the song and found that its about one of the band members still acting like a child despite his age. 'Not living in a child's world no more', this verse was particularly beneficial to us when it came to filming because we had the idea in mind that filming in central London (a place where people in uniform go to their serious mundane jobs and other people get on with their day to day business) could contrast to the actors in the video because they're having fun and doing youthful things like cycling and hanging out with friends as if it were the weekend which contrasts to the black and white feel of the London landmarks and business people. It provides our music genre a refreshing interpretation of a video that would otherwise be found in a pop video.
